Please take a moment to read our Terms & Conditions before booking. These terms ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our travelers. By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with the following payment schedule and cancellation policy.

  1. Booking & Deposit A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Fully refundable if cancellation is made 90 days or more before departure.
  1. Second Installment The second 25% payment is due 90 days before departure.
  • If cancelled 60 days before departure, 50% of this installment will be refunded.
  1. Final Payment The remaining 50% of the payment is due 30 days before departure. This payment is non-refundable.
  2. Cancellation Summary
  • Cancellation 90+ days before departure → full refund of deposit
  • Cancellation 60–89 days before departure → 50% refund of second installment
  • Cancellation less than 30 days → final payment is non-refundable.
